Awarded ISSA Certified Personal Trainer

With her blonde hair tied back in a ribbon, wearing blue jeans as she rakes the autumn leaves, Cynthia Barker looks just like the proverbial girl next door. In incandescent lycra exercise togs, towel draped around her sculpted physique, discussing structural integrity with a client, Cynthia Barker looks like the professional she truly is.

Cynthia has just been awarded Personal Fitness Trainer certification by the International Sports Science Association. It is a tremendous accomplishment to earn this recognition and to be affiliated with this prestigious organization. Cynthia says this course, emphasizing bio-mechanics, anatomy, nutrition, and special populations, affirmed her belief that posture and structural integrity are the fist steps toward total body awareness from which exercise design and body sculpting can then proceed. Patrick Gamboa B.S., the Director of Educational and Technical Support, wrote in a letter to Cynthia regarding her recent accomplishment:
